Michael Vick's probation officials have passed down orders that the Philadelphia Eagle QB is not to leave the state.

Though cleared of any criminal wrongdoing in a shooting that occurred at his birthday party two weeks ago, the order was handed down and Vick has already missed two scheduled appearances because of it.

Osi Umenyiora may or may not be on the trading block, but if he is, the division rival Eagles reportedly are interested.
