Will Kevin “Diesel” Nash Fire Up The Legal Engines And File A Lawsuit Following His Recent Arrest?
Attorney Emery Brett Ledger Thinks nash should explore his legal rights
A few days ago, accordion to a police report, Kevin “Diesel” Nash and his wife were leaving a restaurant. As they were, allegedly, a drunken man became “aggressive” with Nash’s wife.
What did Nash do?
Apparently, he did what any good, loving husband with years of experience inside the ring would do. He put the man on the ground. Not WWE style, but “don’t mess with my wife” style. Instead of fleeing the scene, the police report states that Nash held the man down until police arrived. Instead of thanking him, the police arrested him on "suspicion of battery." Seems an honorable act from an honorable man may have been rewarded with false imprisonment.
Now, after some dissent on the Internet about Nash’s legal position, there seems to be one question: what will he do next? Nash has been cleared of all charges associated with the incident. Does he go on his merry way OR does he file a lawsuit?
When reached for comment, Emery Brett Ledger, nationally recognized negligence attorney and host of Clear Channel’s “Ledger On The Law” has this to say, “Without knowing details of the specific event, I would simply suggest Mister Nash speak with an attorney well versed in negligence and/or wrongful imprisonment. Free, confidential consultations are the way I do business and that’s how Nash will completely understand his legal rights.”
Nash also thinks that and that he’d have a good case to file a lawsuit, “I’m a 52-year-old fake fighter…my hands aren’t deadly, “ Nash told TMZ.
